Refund & Cancellation Policy

QuestKit's premium access is a one-time payment of ₹199 that unlocks 30 days of full access. It is not a recurring subscription — no future charges happen automatically.
Once premium access has been used to generate at least one premium adventure or export a PDF within a purchase cycle, that purchase is non-refundable.
If your payment succeeded but premium access did not activate due to a technical error on our end, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of the transaction and we will fix the activation or issue a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
