By using QuestKit, you agree to these terms.

1. About QuestKit

QuestKit turns your child's interests into screen-free physical activities and printable adventure cards.

2. Eligibility

QuestKit is intended for use by adults (18+) on behalf of their children. By creating an account, you confirm you are a parent or legal guardian and at least 18 years old.

3. Free and Paid Access

• Free accounts can generate up to 2 adventures per month before a soft reminder appears, and up to 4 before generation pauses for that month.
• Premium access costs ₹199 and unlocks unlimited adventures, PDF export, and all themes for 30 days from purchase (or from your current expiry date, if you already have active premium access).
• Premium access does not auto-renew. You'll need to purchase again after 30 days to continue.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. QuestKit does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse QuestKit, attempt to bypass payment or usage limits, or use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Content

Adventure cards and generated content are for personal, non-commercial use by your family.

8. Availability

We aim to keep QuestKit available and working correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuestKit is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
